WARRANTY CLAIM FORM to be completed only once the Product Registration Form has been submitted successfully.

Once a Warranty Claim Form has been submitted successfully, the below procedure takes place.

WARRANTY FORM

Once the Warranty Claim form has been completed, you will receive an email confirmation.

FORM EVALUATION

One of our technicians will evaluate the request.

EMAIL CONFIRMATION

You will receive a confirmation email with your unique Return Authorization Number (RAN).

RETURNED GOODS

You may courier the goods to our Technical Department. Please ensure the transport label/waybill contains your unique RAN.

PLEASE NOTE: Our Technical Department may reject the goods if returned without your unique RAN and may
inform the driver to return the goods to the sender.
