Suitable for use with starter or auxiliary batteries. *Requires Intelli-IQ 2″ Smart Display to enable to ‘smart’ functionality and APP control.

The Intelli-IQ Smart Relay, can turn any standard product into a smart device. Functionality never seen before in a DC system. LIN bus connectivity with INTELLI-IQ controller: the IQR040 Smart Relay integrates seamlessly with the Intelli-IQ IQD2 via LIN bus connection, offering users sophisticated customization and control through the PROJECTA IQ App.

FULLY SEALED DESIGN

SET DAILY TASKS
Turn any device on or off on a schedule set by the user. Also includes delayed off time.
MULTI-FUNCTION TRIGGER
Allows the relay to be programmed to switch on, only when an external stimulus is provided for example High Beam (for Driving Lights), Reverse Light (when reverse selected).
TOTAL CONTROL
Take total control when partnered with 2″ Smart Display, enabling all aspect of the 12V system to be programmed

LIN bus is a connection protocol giving users limitless control over devices and accessories plugged into the Intelli-IQ via a smart relay.

Designed to be easy to mount, smart relay can be mounted in a wide variety of locations.
INTUITIVE SET UP
Intelli-IQ Smart Relay has been designed to provide a simple 5 wire install. The relays can even be daisy chained together allowing future expansion without messy wiring set up.
TIMER RELAYS
• Delay Off: deactivate devices with a set time delay, optimizing energy use and convenience.
• Daily task: program devices to turn on/off at specific times, like activating heating systems at 6AM on weekdays.
ADVANCED LIGHTING CONTROL
• High beam trigger: integrates vehicle lighting with high beam operations, enhancing visibility and safety during night driving
• Flash patterns: includes 7 default patterns (SOS and etc.) and a custom mode allowing users to create unique on/off sequences, suitable for signalling and decoration.
• Brightness adjustment (IQMR4 only): tailors lighting levels for different settings, enhancing ambiance and energy efficiency.
VOLTAGE SENSITIVE RELAY (VSR) (12V only)
• automatically adjusts the connection based on voltage criteria, crucial for maintaining stable operations.
CURRENT SENSOR WITH DIGITAL FUSING
• monitors electrical flow, providing automatic cut-off at 40A to prevent overload, essential for high-power applications.
COMPREHENSIVE PROTECTION
• Over and under voltage protection: guards against voltage irregularities.
• Load dump protection: shields against sudden discharge loads when an energy source is disconnected.
• Over temperature protection: prevents overheating by moderating temperature levels within the system.
