The Intelli-Start IS3000 is a high-performance 12V and 24V industrial jump starter engineered for demanding applications such as prime movers, buses, heavy 4WDs and industrial machinery. Delivering 1000A clamp power on 12V and 850A on 24V, it provides reliable starting power where standard jump starters fall short.

Powered by advanced Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) battery technology, the IS3000 is designed for safety, durability and long service life, offering up to 2000 charge cycles for consistent performance over time. An easy-to-read LCD display provides clear, step-by-step operating guidance, while automatic 12V/24V voltage sensing helps ensure correct connection and confident operation.

Featuring Rapid Recharge Technology, the IS3000 can replenish energy in as little as 40 seconds after a jump start by remaining connected to the vehicle battery, allowing it to be ready for the next start without waiting for a full recharge.

Built for real-world working environments, the IS3000 includes a rugged carry case with integrated cable storage and an IP43 rating for added protection. Designed to operate in temperatures as low as -20°C, it’s a dependable solution for workshops, transport fleets and on-site service applications.

FAQs

Lower charging rate extends the battery life. The built-in charging circuit provides gentle charge with cell-balancing for the internal Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) battery.
If the jump starter operates at temperatures below 0°C, its jump start rated performance will be reduced but it will start vehicles with lower clamp output requirements.
There could be a number of reasons why the jump starter did not start the vehicle.
Check the following:
• Ensure you have firm clamp connection to battery posts and the battery posts are clean from grease and dust build-up.
• Ensure the jump starter is fully charged. Press the POWER button to check the battery state of charge.
• Ensure you have followed the correct operating procedure. Refer to JUMP STARTING INSTRUCTIONS.
• Ensure the vehicle operates at 12V DC or 24V DC.
• If the ambient temperature is low (<15°C), the jump starter performance will be reduced. Repeat the jump start routine 1–3 times as the battery performance will improve with each concurrent jump start.
• Ensure the vehicle being jump started does not require a clamp output of greater than 1000A for 12V DC batteries and 850A for 24V DC batteries for IS3000 or 1500A for 12V DC batteries and 1000A for 24V DC batteries for IS5000 in order to jump start the vehicle.
• If possible, connect clamps as close as possible to the starter motor without going through long cables.
Peak amps is the maximum current the battery in the jump starter can produce.
Clamp power is the maximum current available at the clamps.
